  1. Services Provided: Our cleaning company offers professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our team of trained and experienced cleaners will provide a thorough and efficient cleaning of your space, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

  2. Appointment Booking: To schedule a cleaning service, customers are required to provide contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email.  We will confirm the appointment details and discuss any specific cleaning requirements.

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we require 24hr cancellation notice.

  4. Pricing and Payment: Our pricing is based on the size of the property, type of cleaning service required, and any additional services requested.  We will provide a detailed quote before starting the cleaning job.  Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service and can be made through Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, credit/debit card, cash or online payment. 

  5. Liability and Insurance: While our team takes utmost care in providing cleaning services, accidents can happen.  We carry liability insurance to cover any damages or losses that may occur during the cleaning process.  However, we kindly request customers to inform us of any valuable or delicate items that require special attention.

  6. Satisfaction Guarantee: Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with our cleaning services.  If you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly and resolve it to your satisfaction.

  7. Confidentiality and Privacy: We respect the privacy of our customers and the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information shared with us.  Any information provided will be used for the purpose of providing our cleaning services only.

  8. Cleaning observation: Please note that our cleaning team does not move furniture to ensure the safety of the furniture and the floor.
